Privacy policy
Effective August 23, 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only.
Information you give us
The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form. That form asks for:
- Your name and phone number, which are required so we can respond
- Your email address, town, and the service you need, which are optional
- Whatever you write in the message box
You can skip the form entirely and call, text, or email instead. Those contact methods are handled the same way any phone call or email to a business would be.
What we do with it
We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you ask us to do. If you contacted us as a trade or subcontractor, we use it to consider you for work. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who else handles it
Two outside services are involved in getting your message to us:
- Web3Forms receives the contact form and sends it to our email inbox. Their systems handle your message, and what they keep is covered by their own privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores anything you send by form or by email, because it lands in our business inbox.
This website is hosted by a web hosting provider. Like any web host, its servers process the basic technical information your browser sends when it requests a page, such as your IP address. The provider will be named here once the site is live.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or with people working on a project for you when it is needed to do the work.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies. It does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels, and it does not build a profile of you.
The fonts used on this site are served from this site rather than a font service, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to another company.
If we add website analytics later, this policy will be updated to say so before it goes into use.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project records for as long as needed to respond, complete any work, honor warranties, and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations.
Ask us and we will delete your inquiry from our inbox and our own records, unless we need to keep it for a job in progress, a warranty, or the law. We cannot delete it from the systems of the services named above; their own policies cover that.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Information sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
